Stuart Selig offers extensive career experience in marketing, negotiation, sales & client management, and brand building to his role as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the New York City arm of Keller Williams. Among specialties, he supports clients through the process of buying, selling, investing and renting in the nation?s No. 1 market, while offering full-service support in the often challenging realm of working with mortgage brokers, lenders, general contractors, decorators and movers, no matter a customer?s budget, timeline or specific requirements. Stuart also brings to the table nearly 20 years as a Manhattan co-op owner and member of its Board.

He brings to the real estate industry more than three decades in media and technology, including 20+ years working with Fortune 500 companies. Stuart has adeptly leveraged his executive-level expertise in marketing and brand building to his current profession, with his previous roles overseeing the growth of global networks AMC, IFC, WeTv, Bravo, MTV, Lifetime, Nickelodeon and Fuse, alongside creating branded entertainment campaigns for such advertisers as Heineken, Acura, VW, Target and Jeep. His achievements have earned Stuart 50+ awards for branding, marketing and deisgn.

Stuart earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the California Institute of The Arts, studied abroad in Israel and completed additional studies at NYU, SVA and Harvard Business School. He remains active in the community as a volunteer for the Challenged Athletes Foundation, Red Cross Disaster Services and JCC Manhattan Partners for Literacy.
In addition Stuart backpacked to 10 countries in less than a year, and has visited 15 of the 23 Chinese Provinces, alongside a month-long immersion in a Chiang Mai Buddhist monastery. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast, including rock and ice climbing, marathons and Olympic distance triathlons, tandem skydiving, scuba diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, windsurfing?and an occasional visit to trapeze school.
