This 30-year Wall Street veteran and former Deutsche Bank Managing Director took to the brokerage field with great success in 2013, and has since streamlined countless transactions for buyers, sellers and renters, relieving their stress and saving them valuable time.In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in New York State, Susan holds the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) designations. Her seasoned background, keen attention to detail, and superior interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills put her at a level all her own. She's also particularly adept at compiling board packages that can make the crucial difference in getting approval and finalizing a transaction.Born in Bangkok, Thailand and raised around the world, Susan graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a BA in International Relations. She worked at top name firms on Wall Street, HSBC and Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corp, and most recently headed a team in Deutsche Bank's Portfolio Management division, gaining a stellar reputation for insightful thinking and managerial expertise.
