About Theresa Russo
Theresa has a mantra that she lives by, and that is, to leave people better than when she found them. The biggest strength she possesses is 100 percent dedication to her profession and her clients. Theresa is hardworking, professional, reliable and responsible. She has excellent people skills, and lots of patience and empathy, because buying or selling a home is a big deal in your life and deserves her full attention.
?I listen extremely well, and more importantly, I listen for what is not being said. Most of all, I treat my clients as though they were using my money to purchase or sell their properties. I give them the utmost care, confidence, and the benefit of all my years of experience. If there is something I don?t know, I will find it out. My truthfulness and honesty are my hallmark qualities, and keep clients coming back.?
Born in Woodlawn and raised in Westchester County, NY, Theresa graduated from Pace University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She began her career as a real estate and matrimonial paralegal, handling real estate transactions from memorandums of sale to contract negotiations, to ordering title and clearing schedule B exceptions, and preparing the adjustments for the attorney prior to closing.
Though she?s been licensed as a real estate agent since 1984, Theresa came back part-time in 2003 as an assistant to two top producers. She dove in full-time in 2006, and two years later, received her Associate Broker license. Theresa joined Keller Williams shortly thereafter. She is also a licensed Florida broker since 2017, a Certified Depressed Property Specialist, and a Notary Public for decades. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Theresa believes in God first, then family, then business.
