About Valerie D'Amico
Valerie is a born and bred true New Yorker. Raised in Queens, her business talents started at a young age as she helped her father operate and manage his retail grocery chains and wholesale produce operations in Brooklyn, New York. That experience inspired her to pursue a career as an entrepreneur and before long, she found herself in the world of real estate sales.
Valerie quickly broke and set new records in her real estate community of Queens and The Bronx, immediately earning recognition as a top listing agent, top commission earner, and top sides closed in her region, as well awards for innovation, teaching, and speaking. She quickly became the #1 recruiter across the entire nation, and was selected for the position of International Corporate Trainer where she traveled throughout North America teaching seminars and break-out sessions, speaking at national conferences before audiences of thousands of real estate professionals. Her key note speeches, television commercial and interviews can be found on YouTube, and she has been featured in Broker/Agent magazine and most recently became 2015?s Queens Courier business woman of the year. In only 12 years she has accumulated over 23 real estate awards and founded her own sales training company.
She has a great passion for her involvement with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate professionals, the largest real estate networking organization in the country with over 24,000 members and is currently the founding President of the Manhattan chapter. She is also a community advocate working on projects that help teen moms in NYC homeless shelters and helping young girls in crisis pregnancies make wise decisions for their futures.
Valerie is a business coach, a mentor, and a great cook. She?s married to an FDNY firefighter, has 3 beautiful children and loves dancing. She is an excellent guide and mentor and her single objective is to see each individual reach their highest potential.
