William holds a M.S in Real Estate degree from Johns Hopkins University and B.S in Economics from the New York State University. He represented Johns Hopkins University and won the First Prize in the International Real Estate Competition in Berlin, Germany. His extensive international background in the USA, Asia and Europe affords him a strong understanding of diverse cultural and business practices. William is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
