She worked for some of Manhattan?s top real estate companies before joining Keller Williams New York City. Gravitating toward KW NYC?s agent-centric business model was the perfect fit for her ambitious nature -- its culture being one of promoting entrepreneurial success -- an environment where she has realized enormous success.

Ying attended the Zhejiang Technology Institute in China, majoring in Fashion Design. A three-time recipient of the Oleg Cassini Scholarship, she relocated to the United States and finished her studies at Stephens College in Missouri, graduating with honors and a B.F.A. in Fashion Design.

Ying has received some of the world?s most coveted awards for excellence in design including the SILA Award (best collection in the world) and a five-time recipient of the Earl Shawl Award for Outstanding Design in Children?s Wear. In 2006, she was honored by her alma mater with the Most Outstanding Alumna Award.

Ying has traveled the globe, working with and establishing relationships with the world?s leading designers, retailers and specialty stores and founded her own company, Lineo Studio, LLC in 2002, where her Ying Li luxury collection, grew into a world-renown luxury brand that has been featured in Vogue, In Style, Allure, Lucky and television programs such as Sex in the City and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Her ?wearable works of art? were sold at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, the UK?s Harvey Nichols and other upscale specialty boutique stores.

She has served as a guest critic at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Pratt Institute, not only for her outstanding design, but for her role as one of the industries? most innovative entrepreneurs.

Ying considers herself a ?wild card? in the game of real estate; her success stemming from a willingness to seek out new alternatives, explore numerous possibilities and guide her clients toward what each one ultimately wants: A dream home with value, beauty and the best return on investment.
