Originally from Cleveland, Ohio he earned a Bachelor?s Degree from Columbia University and spent over a decade working in digital media sales for giant entertainment and tech companies like NBC Universal, Disney, and Facebook.

Armond?s sales, marketing, and tech experience, along with his creative mindset and ability to build and grow relationships, helped him tremendously in his transition to real estate. He is also an excellent problem-solver, with a personable nature and desire to always go above and beyond for his client, no matter what their needs.

Armond has done a deal in every borough of Manhattan, except Staten Island. He has a specialty in Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan, particularly Harlem and East Harlem. He is very knowledgeable of the market, having lived in Harlem for 10 years and in East Harlem for the past five. Armond is a co-op owner and a volunteer baseball coach in his community.
