Elizabeth Lastique-Farr
About Elizabeth Lastique-Farr
Elizabeth listens intently to her buyers and sellers in order to be a true advocate. She understands how important ?home? is - whether it?s for one person or a large family. She knows New Yorker?s have access to copious real estate data, yet that data alone paints an incomplete picture. With a keen understanding of the market, Elizabeth is able to identify the signal from the noise and see value, both current and potential. Her discerning eye identifies opportunities that others might overlook, ensuring her clients make informed decisions that align with their goals. Furthermore, Elizabeth's knack for anticipating pitfalls in transactions allows her to proactively address challenges before they escalate, offering a smooth and secure journey throughout the process. These skills set her apart.Elizabeth's love of real estate is rooted in her grandfather's real estate holdings in Brooklyn. Her journey into the world of real estate began as an 11 year old when she poured over Sunday New York Times Real Estate section looking for apartments in Manhattan. She began her actual career working with one of New York's most successful small teams that specialized in new development and co-ops, eventually leading Elizabeth to her home at Keller Williams NYC.

Having previously taught middle and high school, she brings to the table a blend of patience and resilience?qualities that seamlessly align with the demands of real estate. Elizabeth's optimistic outlook and composed demeanor prove to be priceless assets for buyers and sellers, especially as they navigate the intricacies and challenges inherent in an NYC property quest.Elizabeth has owned and renovated co-ops and a limestone townhouse and has lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Elizabeth earned her BFA from Pratt Institute and holds an MA in History from Brooklyn College. During her leisure time, she finds joy in exploring art museums, historical literature, family travels, and organizing gatherings, from intimate gatherings to larger events ? such as leading a school benefit for 400 attendees. Elizabeth has a particular interest in NYC street trees. She has collaborated with the city to facilitate the planting of over 25 new trees in Crown Heights, along with numerous replacement trees in Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill. Elizabeth's current residence is in Cobble Hill, where she lives with her husband and two children.
