As a 20 year resident and absolute lover of New York City, Jill Green brings her passion for New York and the Real Estate inside of it to the table on all of her transactions.
Hitting the pavement in the early nineties, Jill's first job in New York was in the corporate housing/furniture rental business. Meeting almost every Real Estate agent in Manhattan the seed was planted for her love of the industry. Working directly with talented interior designers, agents, buyers and renters gave Jill a full perspective of the process of assisting ones move to New York.
Transitioning into the printing business in 1997, Jill's next role as a Senior Sales Executive and Project Specialist kept her high level customer service and multi-tasking skills sharpened and evolving. Taking care of her clients during the entire sales cycle was something she never took for granted. Seeing a happy customer was her main goal and biggest joy. With great self marketing campaigns and promotions of her business Jill was one of the top producers in her company year after year.
While succeeding in sales Jill also balanced out her busy work life by practicing yoga and became a certified teacher in 2008. This grounding part of her personality is something enjoyed by her students and her clientele.
Seeing the opportunity of the great New York Real Estate market, Jill decided to re-immerse herself into the industry in 2015 when she met Nicole Gary at her favorite Soul Cycle class.
