He invested all of his earnings and founded his first company at the age of 20, and his second at 22. Wishing to expand his horizons and leave his hometown, Josiah was accepted to Columbia University at the age of 26. He uprooted, moved to Manhattan, and started building a new career in real estate from the ground up. Eight years later, after having worked for several Manhattan based brokerages and building a star-studded team, Josiah is growing, leading, and innovating once again. The same insight that allowed him to found three companies and find unique investment opportunities has led him to see numerous areas where even the biggest firms have failed to adapt.
