"Coming from a small rural town in southern Missouri, living in the big city was always an aspiration of Troy's. He studied at the University of Missouri and attained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2013. Quickly following graduation, he followed his heart to New York City. After living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for a year, he decided to make the move to Manhattan where he confided with a mutual friend and highly recommended real estate agent, Jerry Gemignani. After seeing how amazing Jerry worked with him to find his dream apartment in Midtown, he decided to leave nursing and pursue a career in real estate. After finishing his real estate license, he happily joined Jerry as a partner in their own real estate team. The New York Empire Group has been specializing in residential sales, rentals, commercial deals, and customer satisfaction ever since.

In his free time Troy enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, walking his dog in Central Park, eating at mom and pop bakeries, and being around friends and family.
