Having lived in Florida focusing on buy side acquisitions for Blackstone Group got Billy into the fund sector and analysis of commercial projects. He is positioned to work hand in hand with developers and funds. He also handles both commercial rentals, with a focus on tech firms, as well as commercial investment sales.
