Adam Mahfouda is founder and co-owner of Oxford Property Group, one of the ten largest real estate brokerages in New York City. The company specializes in residential rentals and sales, and also provides commercial leasing and sales services.
Since its founding in 2010, Adam has built Oxford Property Group into a firm with more than 500 licensed real estate agents and completing more than 3,000 transactions annually.
Oxford’s innovative business model leverages a 100-percent commission structure that offers agents a full spectrum of office, logistical and technological support.
The firm has recently begun to expand beyond the New York City metropolitan area. The company recently acquired and merged with the Titan Real Estate Group, owner of the Hecht Group brokerage.
Adam Mahfouda is responsible for company operations, the direction and management of new business, client relations, marketing, and sales. His own industry specialties are in commercial real estate and investment sales/acquisitions.
He also spearheads Oxford’s ongoing development of proprietary technologies that streamline agent workflow and help match agents with buyers interested in particular properties.
Adam, who also owns and manages his own portfolio of multifamily real estate, received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, where he lettered in lacrosse.
