Inspired by his father who worked in the real estate business in his hometown of Long Island, Brian began investing in his own properties before officially entering the field as a sales and rental agent. Prior to living in his current apartment in Chelsea, he bought, renovated, lived in and sold a loft apartment there, plus still owns investment properties in Miami and Manhattan. Clients appreciate the fact that Brian is knowledgeable about the business from both personal and professional standpoints. Always hands-on with your needs but never, ever pushy, he will patiently and attentively walk you through the real estate process - providing all the market information, analytical insight and cold hard facts you need to make the best decisions. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Marketing and Economics, Brian worked for a top insurance broker in Miami after college, then moved to Los Angeles during the dot-com boom. Though he had success as a sales consultant implementing data networks for major corporations, the city of New York, and the field of real estate, beckoned him back home. In spare time, Brian’s greatest passion is travel. He has visited many countries, even lived in a few exotic places for months at a time including South America. Brian also likes to cook and take cooking lessons to improve his skills. He is also taking flying lessons and studying Spanish.
