Before moving to New York City, Jake grew up in Dallas, Texas. He has always been set on beating the odds and setting the bar high for himself. Jake graduated high school at age 16 and went on to obtain a degree in business and accounting at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business at age 20 - the youngest graduate of his university's class! His unique personal experiences and upbringing with Southern values has taught him the delicate balance of being proactive while simultaneously adapting to the fast-paced nature of the real estate business.

Jake’s family and friends describe him as exceptionally passionate about New York City’s residential real estate market and very dedicated to his clients, team members, and work. In his free time, Jake enjoys watching sports, exercise, cooking and traveling. He loves staying active and playing basketball and football.
