Juan was born in Ecuador and grew up in New York. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Queens College. In addition to his passion as an Real Estate Agent, Juan invests in Real Estate himself, buys and redevelops properties, as well as rental generating assets He lives in Queens and, in his spare time, volunteers in New York City as a personal development coach for teenagers and adults.
