Nick Parker is a native New Yorker, born and bred in Manhattan. Raised on Riverside Drive on the Upper Westside and educated on the Upper Eastside, he understands the ins and outs of every neighborhood. His firsthand knowledge of the city makes him an excellent real estate agent, selling more than $40 Million in condos and coops.
Nick's keen insight into the New York City real estate market enabled a record-setting sale for one of his Clients who realized a 66% profit in just two years of ownership, achieving the highest sale price per square foot at the time.
