He Sang (Rick) Kim is confident about real estate investment in Manhattan. He enjoys living the urban lifestyle in Manhattan and has resided in Manhattan since 1986, raising his two children and witnessing the fluctuations and current upward movement in the real estate market over the last 20 years. Rick is a strong believer in the global economy, realizing the world is one marketplace with no boundaries allowing the free flow of capital between countries. If the USA coughs, Korea catches a cold on the opposite side of the globe. In 1998 he experienced the harsh realities of the International Monetary Fund supervised economic system for foreign money speculation in Korea. His wide-open and rational views of the world are derived from his vast experiences in different spheres including banking, business management, and college lecturing. He has earned an MBA from C.W. Post Center of Long Island University in New York, an MA in Political Science from Yonsei University, and a certificate of Top Administrative Policy Development Program from Seoul National University. Rick enjoys playing golf, and listening to music including American jazz, classic rock n’ roll, and 1980’s pop. Although he enjoys his work he wishes he could be laying on a beach most of the time.
