Louis Rosado is an Associate Broker at R New York specializing in high-end Manhattan residential properties. For more than 25 years, Louis has represented and sold fine cooperatives, condominiums, lofts and townhouses in Manhattan. His encyclopedic knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market is impressive. Throughout his real estate career, Louis has exclusively represented a wide selection of properties from large penthouses to classic prewar apartments. He is a Fifth Avenue residential expert. Many of his sales have been in Fifth Avenue's finest buildings and in New York City designated landmarks, such as The Butterfield House, The Osborne, The Portsmouth and The Powell Building. He has also sold and rented numerous homes at the iconic Trump?? World Tower condominium. With the utmost discretion, Louis has represented a diverse group of individuals from Wall Street executives to Hollywood celebrities. His vast knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, coupled with his decade-long service as Vice President of his former cooperative's Board of Directors, gives him incomparable insight to the needs of cooperative shareholders and condominium unit owners. Louis graduated from Rutgers University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from the Rutgers' School of Management and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion (World Religions) from the Rutgers' School of Arts and Sciences. As a young man, Louis was educated in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, where he attended Salisbury School. Louis is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Louis is a native New Yorker, and he developed a passion for New York City real estate at an early age. Over the years, Louis has purchased, designed and renovated properties. Outside of real estate, Louis enjoys reading, playing the piano, visiting the elderly and sharing quality time with family and friends.
