Erion Ahmetaj is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson whose motivation for working in real estate comes from assisting his clients in finding the right apartment for them to call home while making them feel comfortable and supportive during the process. He combines professional attention to detail, deep knowledge of the industry, and thorough research with personal focus on the client’s needs. Erion has obtained a unique perspective from working in both public and private sectors with years of experience in land development and residential sales.

Originally from Albania, Erion is fluent in English, Albanian and Spanish. He is a Brooklyn resident since 2007 who knows Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Clinton Hill, Prospect Park, and Fort Greene better than anyone else and who is always interested in sharing what he knows about the volatile New York City Real Estate market.  Erion holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate Investment from Fordham University.
