Piotr’s unique perspective, developed through working in a multitude of roles in NYC real estate (for owners, managers, developers, and brokers) allows him to give his clients insights into any real estate transaction. He began his real estate career in 2008 working for a major New York City residential luxury developer, owner, and manager. Early in his career, he excelled at residential leasing, marketing of new developments, and market analysis. He then went on to establish and develop a market research and marketing department for a commercial real estate company focused on acquisition and disposition of Manhattan office towers and commercial leasing. 

Piotr is able to leverage this multifaceted real estate experience to service buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, developers, and investors to help them achieve their NYC real estate goals.

Born in Poland and raised in New York City, Piotr has lived in various neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens and currently resides in Manhattan. He studied Psychology and Statistics at Hunter College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
