A native of Buffalo, New York, Ryan Bratton has lived in New York City for nearly a decade. Before joining SMS, Ryan previously worked as a member of an elite sales team at Urban Sanctuary, a boutique real estate firm in the Financial District.  Ryan has also worked for The Moinian Group where he learned the ins and outs of luxury apartment leasing.

Ryan began showing Long Island City, with its beautiful waterfront and unparalleled Manhattan skyline views, when he began his career in the real estate industry in 2006. Living in Long Island City for over a year, Ryan is intimately familiar with all this up and coming neighborhood has to offer.

Ryan earned his Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Marketing from LaSalle University and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
