I am a lifelong resident of Adams County, OH which gives me extensive knowledge of our market area.  After graduating as class valedictorian from West Union High School in 1989, I attended the University of Dayton graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  I obtained my real estate sales license in 1998 and became broker/owner of Gustin Realty in 2005.
