I have been in real estate since 1999 and have been in various Management positions prior to moving to Oklahoma. Oklahoma Land and Home, LLC is my Company and I established our Company Procedures based on the Golden Rule of Conduct. For 25 years I have been actively engaged in the Association of Realtors and have been the Vice-President,President, State Director, Chair for Social Functions & Education and receved the Realtor of the Year Award twice in 20023 & 2008 from the SEOK Association of Realtors. As of August 1, 2024 I discontinued my long standing membership with the Assoociation of Realtors due the new required changes of the National Association of Realtors.

Going the extra mile, giving a lending hand when moving, cleaning a house before closing for my Sellers; at times as needed I will become the cleaning lady, cordinator of handyman services, painter and more. Because I offer services as such and to prevent conflicts for my Real Estate Company I formed my 2nd Company: Crazy Deals Enterprises who is engaged in providing various maintenance services and is also engaged in buying investmets. In addition I am a proud supporter of disabled veterans, St. Judes, woman & men shelter, needy children and families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. When a Seller list their property with me, I reserve a certain amount from my commission for helping others. Every time, a Seller list with me or a Buyer chooses me to work with, I feel honored, thankful and blessed. I pocess excellent people, communication and negotiation skills, have extensive knwoledge in all real estate related service Industries and conduct business with a smile, upfront & direct approach. Some customers call me an Angel, others call me the "honest Abe" in female version; others bring me fine tasting cakes and delightful foreign food to say we appreciate you. 
To me what matters most is that I am able to help you, provide you with knwoledge and solution for whatever your real estate problem may is. Often I am engaged in consultation sessions how to prevent costly and lengthy probate while folks are still alive and of sound mind or consultations of easements, pipe lines, section lines, heirship chain of title issues and more. At times I may sound like an attorney, but I am not, nor do I practice law. However, I love to help my customers, have the knowledge and often read certain Titles in the Oklahoma Statutues. I am German, speak English, German and a bit Italian; plus I am versile too! At times I may look like a City Realtor, but then within 10 min. I switch cloth and boots to become a Country or Mountain one. I am engaged in Homes, Land, Ranch, Farms and Commercial Properties and work in 12 surrounding Counties of McAlester, Oklahoma.
