Dayton Hale joined the National Land Realty team in August 2020. Dayton previously worked in real estate for 11 years. He was previously employed with Hawkeye Oil and Gas, Inc., Cumberland Trust and Investment Company, and Stites and Harbison, PLLC. As an outdoorsman, Dayton has an interest in recreational properties but has experience with commercial, agricultural, recreational, and residential real estate. 

Dayton received a bachelor’s degree through Vanderbilt University and a law degree through JD Cumberland School of Law. He currently resides in Nashville, Tenn., with his wife and two children. Dayton is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (APPL), the National Trust Real Estate Association, and St. George’s Episcopal Church. When he is not working, Dayton enjoys hunting, writing, songwriting, and learning history.
