Ernest further honed his skills at Amazon as a program manager for their Worldwide Real Estate program and gained valuable experience as a multifamily broker with Lee & Associates for nearly 2 years.

Ernest holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington, a masters of business administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and an executive education certificate focused on negotiation from Harvard University.
