During the summer months it is common to stumble across neighborhood street fairs hosting vendors with local food and goods. The following is a summary of things that are prohibited in the apartment: No smoking, late night parties, extremely loud music, no access allowed on roof without prior approval, no pets allowed in apartment, no use of mailbox or address, you must obtain a Post Office Box for your Personal mail and deliveries. You may utilize the entire apartment which includes the cooking and cleaning utensils, with the exception of some closet space that will be locked. You will be responsible for reimbursing or replacing anything that you break or alter, it is important that you notify me if and when that happens. Visitors are allowed during the daytime and you are permitted to have one overnight guess for no more than 5 days There are no recording devices inside of the apartment, however there is a ring camera on the outside of the door to monitor anyone entering or leaving the apartment.
