For the hunters, whitetail deer, turkey, quail, and most of the typical South Mississippi small game have been sighted in this location. The powerline area would make a good shooting lane. The one-acre, spring fed pond is an excellent watering source for the wildlife and provides a great spot to wet a hook and enjoy a little fishing. There are also nice places near the cottage to have a vegetable garden. As an added bonus, the De Soto National Forest is just seven miles east of this listing.
