Walker Cutting Horses is a performance horse facility with a custom-designed 6-stall horse barn, several large paddocks with shelters, an automatic gated entry and a private well. The 10 acres of sandy loam soil has been well cared for and is lush with Coastal Bermuda grass. The mostly level parcel is well suited for constructing a home to go along with the barn apartment. The newly completed horse barn has 6 stalls, a wash rack, and an office/apartment surrounded by soaring walls with windows for natural light. Each stall is built with safety and comfort in mind and includes an automatic water and fan. The full-height, wood walls on the back and each side are milled locally from upcycled utility poles and provide a durable, pest-resistant product that looks great! One-piece feeders are mounted below the feed windows, making daily chores a breeze, and all of the stall walls are set on a concrete footing, providing a life-long base for these top-quality accommodations. The 5 outdoor paddocks each have shelters and water lines and the fences and gates are second to none.
