Between the (7)bunks (2)couches and (3)recliners we usually sleep 9 comfortably, 12 for a weekend. Since 2015 we have installed new carpet/flooring and repainted most every room. In 2016 we installed a new 50-year metal roof and a new wood heater with new chimney pipe. Also has a wall-mounted propane heater as a secondary heat source. The camp has 100amp electrical service to a breaker box, installed in 2000. Taxes are around $450/yr. Most appliances included. Bunks/mattresses included. Recliners, coffee table and couches can be included as well. This will be pretty much turn-key ready --the only thing needed is a kitchen table and chairs. Commonly asked questions: How much land? - This cabin includes about 1/5 acre, the property is surrounded by state game lands and the Allegheny National Forest. Running Water? - No, most of the cabins in this area do not have running water. There are natural springs in the area that you can fill up 5 gallon jugs, or just bring your own like we do. Bathroom? - The Outhouse is generously sized, has a urinal and electricity (good to have a heater running in the winter) What is there to do in the area?
