Flat Top Mountain Retreat is 10 acres of fairly level land with a 15x30 cabin in place. Hidden in the trees with a gravel circle drive. Makes this a very private location. The cabin is set up with solar panels and a rain catchment for water. There is no septic. There is an enclosed porch in the back for added space and a shed for storage. Inside you will find the kitchen with a propane/electric powered refrigerator, a wood stove cooktop and a kitchen sink with cabinets. The loft is carpeted and there is a futon bed and a built in wood bench for seating. Most of the cabin has been insulated with pine boards in place. Some finishing is still needed. This would be a good vacation getaway or hunting retreat. Located in the Kiamichi Wilderness with beautiful scenery, creeks, mountains and trails.
