There are 3 lots that will be sold in any combination of individual lots and combinations. Whatever combination of bids results in the best result will be the winner. The 3 lots are 1- Real Estate, 2- Michigan SDD Package Liquor License (Ingham County), 3- Michigan SDM Beer & Wine License (Ingham County). This former convenience store, carryout, and deli sits on a 1.6 +/- acre parcel at the intersection of Dansville Road and Dexter Trail just beyond the Ingham County Fairgrounds. The property is zoned Commercial - Improved. The building is 3,840 Sq.Ft. and features a large 23′ x 12′ walk-in cooler that was used to store and display the beverages. The building is concrete block with steel sub-frame. A security camera system is included with the property. This auction will be online only. All registrations and bidding must be submitted online. The auction will close at 1 PM on the final day unless someone bids in the final minutes. If that happens the auction will extend until no more bids are submitted in the final 10 minutes.
