The newly completed horse barn has 6 stalls, a wash rack, and an office/apartment surrounded by soaring walls with windows for natural light. Each stall is built with safety and comfort in mind and includes an automatic water and fan. The full-height, wood walls on the back and each side are milled locally from upcycled utility poles and provide a durable, pest-resistant product that looks great! One-piece feeders are mounted below the feed windows, making daily chores a breeze, and all of the stall walls are set on a concrete footing, providing a life-long base for these top-quality accommodations. The 5 outdoor paddocks each have shelters and water lines and the fences and gates are second to none. The town of Tolar is located just 8 minutes from the city of Granbury, known for it's historic charm and bustling business district with all of the conveniences offered by a much larger city. The mild climate is marked by warm, humid summers and cool winters. The average temperature in summer is 80° while the winter averages about 50°.
