The building was originally built in 1971 and leased to the Forest Service for twenty years; TRC has leased the property since the Forest Service moved out. TRC will be moving out at the end of their lease (July 31, 2020). The Parking lot capacity is approximately for 90 vehicles. The Owner to retain the detached garage/storage building including the land it occupies along with a non-exclusive access to the building off of 6th Street. No elevator to the second floor, however, in the north addition an area was designed where a future elevator could be installed. The four bathrooms are not handicap accessible designed, as that was not required when the building was constructed.
