We have extensively updated this home over the last 10 years. It started with 2 bedrooms, and we added a partially-finished third bedroom with large closets and an egress window in the basement in 2008. It also has a large finished rec room and a large unfinished 2nd bathroom, laundry, and storage area in the basement. The furnace/AC was replaced in 2009 and the water heater in 2011. In 2016, we replaced the dishwasher and all the outside doors and repainted all of the rooms. It has a large fenced-in backyard with a view of a horse pasture behind that. This house has only had one previous owner and is located close to Highway 6/59.
