Land Auction - Wednesday October 23rd @ 6:05 pm The auction will take place off site at Oberland Park located at 14639 Auburn Road Newbury Ohio 44065 and will be offered via a Multi Par Auction by Tracts or as a combination of Tracts. Opening Nominal Bid will be $1,000 per acre. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to constitute the final selling price. If you are the high bidder on the individual proposed tracts you must put a $5,000 non-refundable deposit per tract. All deposits go towards your down payment. You must close on the property on or before 45 days from the date of Seller's Acceptance. The successful high bidder will be required to sign the Real Estate Purchase Agreement immediately upon conclusion of the bidding. The Buyer will be responsible for all the closing cost, six month accrued taxes, survey cost and soil test if needed. Selling price will be adjusted to final survey if needed. Property will be selling "As Is Where Is" and Buyer shall rely entirely on their own judgement and personal inspection of property and property records. All and any other terms and conditions that are announced the day of auction will take precedence over all printed material.
