Located on Big Bone Run Rd of South Valley NY. This land is located on the top of the mountain, hilly land downhill side which was cut heavy in 2004, directly above where old Little Bone Run Rd intersects with Big Bone Run Rd. This land is surrounded by thousands of acres of timberland that can also be accessed for hunting. There are no creeks. This property is very remote and known for its large deer and bear. There are several bear caves in the vicinity. The easiest way to access the property is to go to Ivory Rd until you get to the Cattaraugus County/South Valley line. The road becomes Big Bone Run at that point. Go 0.8 mile past South Valley town line and stop 1 mile past line. Follow ribbons, this lot is 800 ft behind off the road. Right of way is through front parcel - it is a small walking trail. No mineral rights to this property.
