Travel 1 mile to the property access road, a small gravel road on the east side To access the Tract from downtown Oneonta, take Route 23 Northwest 3 miles to County Route 8. Continue west for 5.8 miles to Starr Road and then proceed 1.2 miles to Starr Corners Road, then proceed 1/2 mile to property on east side of Starr Corners Road.
