The Thorpe Road Tract is a +/- 68 acre timberland and recreation property located in the Town of Sidney, Delaware County, New York. The property is a highly stocked timberland asset; part of an assembly of tracts selected for their excellent growing sites for quality hardwood sawtimber. A 2014 timber inventory report estimates 693 MBF or 10.2 MBF per acre (Scribner Scale). Thorpe Road's species composition is heavy in red maple (40%), northern red oak (18%), and hemlock (17%).
