Next to the house is a one bedroom cabin which could be great for a caretaker if you choose to rent out the front house. The cabin has a new roof, wood floors and one bathroom with a shower. There is a barn is insulated with wood floors, new electric and new windows and converted into a game room. The grounds have plenty of grass for volleyball, softball, croquet etc. There are outside picnic tables and two bbq's grills to keep you grilling! The kitchen has two refrigerators and two propane ovens, two microwaves, two cutting board islands and a dishwasher. The utility room has two washing machines and two dryers, stainless steel sink with two basins. Plenty of room to flip the laundry between rentals. There are 39 new windows in the house.There are 2 living rooms with tv's and a large dining room with sofas to relax on.
