Brackenrill - a 13.2 acre Grand Camp - The perfect family compound easily accommodating two or more generations. Located at Little Moose Lake on the Adirondack League Club* - a 53,000 acre fishing and hunting preserve. Located just south of Old Forge area which is home to the scenic Fulton Chain of Lakes, 10 miles of interconnected lakes dotted with islands, restaurants, marinas, golf, horse back riding, skiing and snowmobiling. Gated community camp with over 6,800 sq ft, comprised of living space in four buildings: Winterized boathouse has 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, over 1600 sq ft of porches, patios and slips. The design and location of outdoor living space is one of the most critical components to the Adirondack experience. The Main Summer house was designed by the noted architect Agustus D. Shepard and built in 1914 by the Masters sisters (the Masters School) of Dobbs Ferry, NY. The signature component of a Shepard building is the fieldstone fireplace. 4,170 sq ft with 7 bedrooms and 4 baths. The Cabin has 440 sq ft of living space with 2 bedrooms and one bath. The 8x12 ft Lean-to or wikieup is fronted by a 6x14 deck and has a side ramp into the water, the woodshed features an 8x15 ft workroom adjacent to large parking area which is surrounded by a set stone knee-wall.
