The Main Street Marion building is an entitled project that's comprised of an 1885 historic bank, approved for both historic tax credits, and opportunity zone tax credits, as well as a completed Phase I and components of Phase II. Located in the heart of downtown Marion, SC, the proposed use of the building is mixed-use commercial with schematic design and floor plans completed for two retail spaces downstairs and up to six residential rentals upstairs. The unique revitalization project fits a demand for both food and beverage, and rental demand for the county.
