A solid stone wall provides privacy for you to enjoy a picnic alongside a beautiful garden, a spacious backyard, and a stone fire pit sits at the water's edge, along with a 15 ft. dock and nice sized wooden patio all overlooking the lake. The upcoming fall colors will be spectacular! Only 30 minutes from Johnstown for convenient shopping, close to family owned Adirondack restaurants. This is Sportsman's Paradise! There is a well, but not connected. The water comes from lake. Most of us get our drinking water from local springs. There is a 1000 Gallon Concrete Holding tank.
